I feel and look completely different since starting LRD Academy. Before the academy, I was constantly bloated, puffy, tired, poor digestion and no focus for my work. Step 1: “Lifestyle Audit”
We are going to assess your current mindset, routine, activity, and diet. You will complete a thorough goal setting exercise and take your first progress pictures. You will begin your #lrdlifestyle and daily progress tracker. You will clean out your kitchen and get set up with a whole food plant based customizable meal plan (recipe and grocery guide provided). You will learn how to establish your caloric baseline, and be using Chronometer to track your daily nutrients (if you choose to).
Step 2: “Diet Detox”
Here you get to give yourself a complete nutritional reset! You will learn exactly what’s in your food, how to interpret food labels, and become fully empowered to make the best food choices for yourself even while eating out or traveling. You will learn how to structure your meals and balance/adjust your nutrient intake. Most importantly you will learn and begin implementing mindful eating practices to help with things like weight management, mindless snacking, digestion.


Step 3: “Fitness Tune-Up”
Here you will finally learn which workouts maximize fat loss and build lean muscle mass. You are going to create a tailored fitness routine you love, and learn how to prioritize daily movement into your everyday routine. The homework in this module will guide you through establishing physique goals, exercise selection, and how to balance your movement throughout the week to optimize performance and recovery. You will also get a customizable fitness calendar to help you stay motivated.
Step 4: “Routine Revival”
During this phase, we will establish your new morning, afternoon, and evening routine protocol to keep you on track towards your goals. You are going to declutter your mental and physical environment by restructuring your everyday tasks and affairs. To do this, I will guide you through several exercises (including morning meditation and journaling), that will teach you how to create the perfect daily routine, set healthy boundaries, and protect your energy so you can stop self-sabotaging your weight loss progress.


Step 5: “Master the Mindset”
The MAGIC of LRD. Now that you have your routine, nutrition, and movement in play, you will finally learn how to identify limiting beliefs and resolve them with specific scripting HW. We will crack the code behind your unwanted thoughts/eating behaviors and learn coping strategies to ensure the lifestyle changes you make take root.
