This is the program I have been looking for. Kate just gets it, her course is amazing and super easy to navigate. The added touch of the accountability posts and guidance from the trained coaches make it personable and I really appreciate knowing I have the group to come to. I also really look forward to the weekly trainings from Kate- they help supplement the work I'm doing in the course. I've lost 18lbs in about 2.5 months, but the biggest change has been my energy and mindset.

O M G - Idk how I didn't start this sooner. I am blown away at how much is provided in the course alone- not to mention the group and daily support. I have done "group coaching" before and felt lost in the sauce. Here I feel like I'm seen and heard, that's really important.

I never thought I'd say this, but, the weight loss truly is just a bonus in LRD. This program takes everything you have been wondering/assuming about weight loss and lays it out for you. 2 weeks of no beer or wine and I have lost 2 lbs. I have noticed that I am eating a lot slower, sitting down at a table away from distractions really has helped. I have implemented a daily gratitude in the morning and at night before bed. I just feel like a much happier person.

I’ve made huge strides emotionally and mentally. My entire mindset has changed. I love my morning meditation and movement. I’m doing the alarms to do a mindful check in a few times a day and I’m working on my food hangups.
