the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this
Agreement may be freely assigned by Coastal

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
USA/NC and any dispute shall be subject to binding

arbitration in USA,NC. If any provision of this
agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
severable from this agreement and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions.
